Mike, was just wandering someone asked if you taake roids which of course you don't, you also don't take any supplements, so I was told that you should ideally have a meal 15 minutes after the workout but the majority of us on't get home within the 'window of oppurtunity' what would you do then? cheers love the channel

@SuperJoeeeeeeee if you do them properly and you don't go too fast, then getting lower is better if you want to really stretch the muscles. Sure that is going to work, but he isn't getting the most out of a dip. P.S. He was getting 90 degrees some of the time.

@Waffle101st loll your an idiot, he did them perfect, he made a 90 degree angle with his arm while leaning forward for chest dips. Any lower is wasted motion and you could tear something.... You have fun going lower while people who know what there doing get BIG... lmao

Hey mike, your telling us to do warm up sets before the working sets, but what are warm up sets? is that just a set at a lower weight or normal weight? if people could thumbs up this comment so he can see it, it would be very helpful!
