Highlights from the Defectives event held on 22/11/2011 in Cloud23 bar in Manchester. Teams of testers competed to find the most defects within an application in an hour. This was the biggest Defectives Event yet with over 120 people attending the ROQ IT evening www.roqit.co.uk . The event generated even more interest than usual as it was held during Eurostar - the premier testing conference, celebrated the launch of our partner company's, Intechnica, CloudFlex, SaaS solution - which offers cloud based test environments - and had the draw of the inaugural Defectives Cup.
Defectives from all over Europe fought for the honour of wining; but when the dust settled a local team made good, with the members from Swinton Insurance winning by just one point in a fiercely contested cup battle.
