I got killed a lot while trying to take him down, so I just said 'fuck this' and sniped him. It took about 25 rounds from my sniper rifle but I never got hit becuase he was stuck on a car or something. Fairly easy boss.

well also dont do mission til your way higher lvl then mad mel so you get past the quest fater tthan this guy

What you do is going around the circle, but not on the road and just track and shoot.

i found the easiest way was: i had a sniper and a combat rifle with high chance to ignite and does continous fire damage. Pretty simple.

Its the damn Out Riders they piss me off so fucking bad...worse then mad mel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea but if you die you will lose money... that's the catch, once i died 2 times lost about 10 000$ (with lvl 21 thats alot) and i came to that gun vending machine saw a bigass gun that costs about 10 000$ and i didnt had enough! i needed 4000$ to buy it !!! so if you have a lots of money, dont do that, lvl up a few times or spend money first...

Dying is never part of a winning strategy imo.
Secondly, your strategy of shooting the bad guys with a gun can not be considered a "trick" nor a "tip".
BTW ... Video should be retitled... "how to get killed by Mad Mel"

Simple Tip: First wait til he comes out Then die and go back to entrance but dont go IN!! Just snipe or shoot from the entrance and use it as a barracade also they will shoot at you and it will take awhile but at least you wont die and lose more money!
