This is my 2 week update after my 18% TCA peel. I am back to my normal skin routine and just did a 25% Mandelic peel yesterday with no complications.

Please refer to my other TCA peel videos.
(more info to come)

My hyperpigmentation is mostly from unprotected sun exposure for over 40 years and my skin being susceptible to excessive melanin production and freckles. This can also be called sun spots, sun damage, age spots, brown spots, etc.

I do these videos in hopes that it can help others who are also trying to fade their brown spots and hyperpigmentation. Going to professionals can be very expensive and a luxury that many of us can't afford. That is why I choose to do these peels (safely and controlled by me) at home.

*Since everyone is different, my experience and results may be different from someone else's thus "your mileage may vary."

I purchased my TCA solution from MUAC and am in no way affiliated with them. I am just a customer and use their discount codes when I receive them in my email box. You can sign up with them to be notified of their sales and new products too. http://www.makeupartistschoice.com

Thank you for watching!

  • @laurina411 Awesome! I look forward to hearing from you again! :)

  • @dinahout Thank you for the great info...I'll let you know how it goes!

  • @FaithersK Hi Faith! Make sure you use a good daily sunscreen (30spf or higher) to make sure those spot don't get any darker. We all agree that prevention is easier than trying to fade these stubborn spots! Since your skin seems to like glycolic acid, you can continue to a higher percentage. I like MUAC because you can ask CS for suggestions and they can help you with a plan. If your spots are new, a series of Alpha Hydroxy Acid peels and your sunscreen could fade them. I hope this helps! :)

  • @LittleMissForty You're very welcome! Because your skin is in great condition and well taken care of you would just need spot treatments to target and fade your spot(s). Have a great week!
