It's true, as you say in the video, that when you juice fruit and vegetables, the pulp is separated from the juice. But a lot of people end up using the pulp in other meals. For example, this morning I made juice from carrots, cucumbers and beet greens. Great juice, easy to make. For lunch, I mixed the pulp with an egg and some herbs, and made veggie burgers. Nothing wasted; two good meals. The "war" between advocates of juicing and blending seems economically motivated... both are fine.
