@1ownjoo2 ...like I said it is personal choice... where I live diesel and gasoline have like few cents difference in price... so when you put it on the paper diesel is more economical, for me at least...
-
You really think so huh ? Last i looked deisels in vehicles like this dont get any better gas mileage... this 3.0 gets 17mpg in the city.. The 5.7 hemi gets around 14. That isnt much of a difference.. That and the price of diesel is about .80 cents more then 87 octane.. lol Its almost $4 a gallon for diesel where i live and gas is only $3.18

@Goststriker Diesel burns more slowly, if you burn more of it it may burn more slowly but overall it creates higher compression, that's why diesel engines work better with massive exhaust and intake solutions, it allows a higher burn rate.

@killbotexe And I assume you know why diesels are rated at a lower HP, right?
Also I wouldn't say slower...maybe a lower max RPM, and torque is good! :D

weak

Diesel vs. gasoline... all the time... I think is about personal preference, I`ve driven both, and I like diesel better... torque on low rpm-s, yes less power, not so cool sound like V8... in the end when you go off road transmission is still the same so they perform the same... and in the end of the fun day... diesel is still going home on the same tank off fuel... it`s a fact ... but still it`s all about the personal choice... don`t hate, appreciate...

where's that in Switzerland ?

@killbotexe kill urself asap.

@Xx69roadrunnerxX also slower, more torque, less horsepower, judge by usage not by fuel type v.v
