The first time might be understandable- the contestant simply didn't look at the used letter board. But the second and third time the letter was IN THE PUZZLE already! Do these people even know how to play the game?

I was in the studio audience two years ago. The Used Letter Board is on a tiny computer screen looks impossible to see from the contestants' podiums. Back in the Chuck days, they showed the Used Letter Board on camera once, and it consisted of big letter cards above the board and looked much easier to see than it is now.
