This was around January 13, 1978, I believe. Humphrey's death came 12 days before the Great Blizzard of '78 stuck the Ohio Valley and Cleveland.

I just uploaded the beginning of the news the day after this (or close to it, right after Humphrey died)- wonder if it was taped by the same people? I don't have a copy of this one.
