Evolution is a scientific THEORY. Theories are supported by MILLIONS of independently verifiable FACTS. To deny evolution is to deny all of those facts and the hundreds of scientific techniques used to observe them. Worse yet, to deny evolution is to deny reason and logic, the core of the scientific method. Creationists are willing to deny all of this for evolution, yet have no problem exploiting the fruits of science for their own benefit, i.e. cars, computers, modern medicine.

Just like falling is a fact and gravity is a theory that describes why you fall, organisms evolving and speciating are facts and the theory of evolution explains why. If you are willing to deny evolution, why not gravity, germs, atoms, electricity, etc. They are all theories too.

Funny thing is, evolution, both micro and macro, have been directly observed. So to deny evolution is to deny a direct observation. It's the equivalent of denying the sky is blue yet refusing to look up.

I should add, scientists do not BELIEVE in evolution. We ACCEPT it because of the enormous pile of data supporting it. Just like we accept that gravity follows an inverse square law, matter is composed of atoms, germs cause disease, and moving electrons constitute electricity. Scientific theories are not a faith. You can test them yourself and falsify them. Do you have faith your computer runs on electrons or do you accept it? Think about it.

Although this a great video with very detailed information (facts), there is one thing I disagree with which was at 8:29. I think that all people who deny evolution do so because of ignorance, especially, the ignorance of being unwilling to accept the truth when it doesn't fit into their beliefs.

I think your only disagreement then is that they say "most" while you say "all." Admittedly you are correct though. Peopel who deny evolution are ignorant in one way or another. Some may just be uneducated yet others are brainwashed into ignoring the evidence. It's a bit sad. Sometimes I feel as though we are Galileo, confident and proven in his facts yet not believed because others would rather accept fairytale than reality.

@Ninvus2 Behe is not a creationist but an honest scientist and me i ve studied Darwinism,i acccepted this theory as fact but later i discarded it because it has no proof only suppositions so for me evolutionism is just a philosophy that dates back to Antique Greece (Anaximander,Empedocles,Plato Aristotle) who got it from the Vedic Hindoos .As for biologists there are more than .2% who dont believe it because they dont want to lose their jobs or have their career ended

@SonofJaphet Name one Biology professor, other than Behe, who believes in creationism. Evolution is accepted by about 99.8% of scientists (you know, the guys who actually study it.) In comparison, there are 4 times as many historians who reject the holocaust as there are biologists who reject evolution.
