@lmbrao2g As long as you juice, it does not matter. As I said, I have a Green Star Elite which is the Considered to be the most elite masticating juicer there is. Everyone has their juicing style and I don't think the style matters as much as the fact they juice daily or not.
@Oldone11 it's possible that what you're saying is true. but i do know that a masticating juicer operates at lower RPM's and you also yield more juice and waste a lot less food. i actully ended up getting one and i am very pesed with the amount of juice it produces. whether or not it's healthier than a centrifugal-produced juice, i don't know, but i like the fact that i'm saving food and money using it. :)
@lmbrao2g A centrifugal juicer does a pretty good job if you know how to use it, bunch and fold your greens, also to feed slowly. I can almost get as good on my Breville as my Green Star Elite. \
As far as Enzymes go, that is the most overblown thing there is. I am willing to bet there isn't enough difference between the enzyme and nutrients on a press and a centrifugal juicer to even mention.
@Beepinsqueekin good advice. i'm gonna try that. i don't have a juicer (just got rid of it because it was a centrifugal one, which doesn't juice leaves well and wastes too much food/kills enzymes and nutrients) and i've been using an emulsifier...it's really bulky and frothy. i'm going to get one of those bags today. thanks. :)
great video , i have been juicing for years. its amazing for your health . i have so much energy, and rarely get a cold when co workers around me get a cold . cheers from australia .

I strain it thru a nutmilk bag because I drink 32oz of this stuff a day. If I didnt strain it, it's fiber overkill!

i've seen a few people using nutbags to strain the juice. i don't get it. why can't you just drink everything, fiber and all? why strain it?
