1880 Town South Dakota Photos

Some pics I took in 1880 Town in South Dakota. These are actual buildings from the 1800's moved here. There are many props from the movie Dances With Wolves here also, including the two mules used to take the Lt. Dunbar to his "post" on the frontier. Buck who played Costner's horse "Cisco" died in 2007, and I have included a photo of his grave.

this place is so cool. i went there a few months ago. i ended up getting bit by a spider and a camel while i was there ha. but it was such a interesting place

@damagebrain1 I saw an awful lot of spiders there, too. Some of them were huge.

I passed this town back in 2004 on my way to Seattle. Sadly, I did not have time to make a stop. It was very interesting to see from the road. Thanks for posting. 5 stars.

It is a very cool place, and there are hundreds of artifacts inside the barn. My pics from in there did not turn out.

Too bad about Cisco. He did look like he was on his last legs when we saw him! Great video and super pictures!
