HEROES NERD ALERT! lol
They weren't cops, they were agents of the company. The guy was normal and the girl had an ability, but the guy told Sylar he had the ability, and Sylar snapped the girl's neck and tried to brain the guy (I think his name was Cruz and her name was Gail). The girl's power, if I recall correctly, was breathing in in any environment.
This was seen in one of the short online comics.

@Meathook49 Yeah, which I thought was pretty ridiculous that he didn't check. She had a great power. Lung Adaptation. She could breath in water or space or poisoned air. He messed up in not opening her head.

Man I feel sorry for the guy that get pushed back into the car window. LOL!! They didn't even stand a chance against an unbeatable Sylar. This is one of my favorite scene. I'm looking forward for this season now. Thanks, ALeafMan!!
