If is Yaw Damper on and you're turning with ailerons, you don't have to use rudder pedals? Is that true? Thx

Correct! In a commercial jet you don't use the pedals except for take-off and landing and single engine flight (in the sim only with any luck!) although a lot of jets now have a rudder channel in the autopilot for engine failure situations.

0:47 and 4:05 pilot on the left is turning a switch on the upper-center panel. is that auto-pilot settings ? Pilot on the right seems to still fly the plane at the time ?
cool video.

The pilot on the left is assisting me (on the right). When the autopilot is not engaged the pilot flying the plane keeps his hands on the controls at all times and directs any knob turning through the other pilot. The knob you refer to sets the target speed bug. Everytime I want to adjust speed I first ask him to set a speed with the bug, then I adjust the thrust with the left hand to obtain that speed.

This is a simulator in The Netherlands close to the city The Hague/Zoetermeer. The person who own this simulators is a brother of a friend of my...! :D

No single person owns this simulator - it isn't FSX !! This Sim is worth around 12 Million Euro! This does however belong to a company in the Netherlands, and it's located in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam Schipol.
