I suggest, dear friend, dont become anyone's student...but listen all good things...but start practcing a few things...you will see the expreinces will provide more clarity and show the path...this is suggest ion , pls dont mind

Nityanand swamiji ki jai ho!I just started listening to his discourses.feel very soothing.when I goto my place of wrk i feel lot of (-) energies around me is that possible .I feel drained when i come back.I feel somebody has invaded my mind and put thoughts in it.Please explain and pleasssse helpme .should ui leave my job.i am in usa.

You cna start with taking basic level meditation classes so that you can attend his advanced level courses that Swamiji teaches. This is the easiest way to experience His teachings. Also, when He is in India, there are public programs and healing sessions that are conducted every weekend in our Ashram in Bidadi starting on Aug 23.

"Kshana" is the time between one thought to the other. It is different from the chronological time in that for meditators the time between thoughts is longer and they have more time to decide their next birth.
