Sara, 12 years old then, played Immigrant Song on the stage for Machida city (in Tokyo) memorial event. She plays the drums and SPD-S (Roland sampling pad) at the same time in this song. So she is able to play other band sound without a backing track. We call her playing style with SPD-S "one girl band". If you know Jinbo Akira, his playing style is called one man orchestra in Japan.

@OcalaMusician Seriously? She's 12 years old and she can play rock solid time, cool fills and trigger the pad and that doesn't show that she has talent? Three things become obvious with you statement. One, you are not a drummer. Two, you are not a musician. And three, you know nothing about drumming and music. She's 12. You probablt don't have enough rhythm to masturbate and your saying this 12 year old kid isn't really showing her abilities. All I can say is lets see your video.
