I have NOT been in Ketosis in months!!--Now I'm in KETOSIS AFTER 2 DAYS drinking apple cider vinegar....OMG..I am back to kick starting my weight loss again...wow...and I also made some coconut oil chocolate delights...so it also could the the added coconut oil I had today, but I love the Apple Cider Vinegar drink..it is so refreshing, and now for sure, it is part of my daily drink...XOXOXO

2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar(get the "mother" apple cider vinegar-unfiltered)
8 oz ice water or heat your water and sip slowly
drink through a straw slowly

  • my secret to ketosis is sticking to the atkins diet and running 3 miles on threadmill and i jump from negative to full ketosis in about 36 hours, i know this because i got some experience starting-restarting though is not recomendable at all. ive lost 67 but still got 20 pound to get to my optimal weight, this drinking vinegar never once tried it so idk. just do what you must and whatever works for you, go for it.

  • @blakkandi yes, I love fat burning, its been a long time..sometimes just a bit of tweeking here and there helps me get back to fat burning.

  • @Catalina031 its a good healthy tonic for my arthritis and weight loss...lots of water..I drink the Mother apple cider vinegar..I really can tell a difference in how I feel, and as for ketosis, it just a way to get me back to burning fat again, I have been in ketosis many times...but not for very long..just enough to jump start my weight loss..I also take coconut oil, so that too helps me...I go to the doctor every month, too many carbs flare up my joints..so I am ok with dietary ketosis :)

  • @lizard26 Yes, I can tell such a difference, I drink the "Mother" apple cider vinegar, I kind of like the taste now..lots of ice in my water , drink through a straw...thanks so much for your support:)

  • You go girl!! You will do good just stick to the healthy diet and different execise as well and your goals will be met.

  • Congrats! I drink apple cider vinegar everyday. It is supposed to be good for ya. I try to drink 1 lemon a day too. I think it does help but of course the most important thing is total diet. Good luck! =)
