Titanic's hull was launched on 31 May 1911.The time occupied in the actual launch was 62 seconds, and the displacement was between 24,000 and 25,000 tons.

It was a clear, bright day in Belfast. The southerly breeze rippled the surface of Belfast Lough and whippped the flags at the top of the gantry. Over 100,000 people were on hand to watch the launching of Hull 401. In keeping with the traditions of The White Star Line and Harland and Wolff, there would be no christening. At 12:13, the 26,000 ton hull started down the ways under its own weight.

Titanic wasn't finished until 1912. It only made one trip and sunk.

Hello.. I'm ryan, i live in Belfast.
The Titanic was built and launched into Belfast lough in may 1911
BUT!!!
The interior fittings, furnishings, funnels, etc. were all constructed between may 1911 until it was finally completely finished by april 1912.
Problem solved.
