  • Have you ever cleaned that griddle? Try using a griddle brick...you can find one at your local restaurant equipment store. Is the griddle made of cold rolled steel picked in oil? or just plain CRS 1008-1010? Make your next one out of Stainless dude. much healthier. Was the food tasty? CRS usually leaves a funky metal taste in the food. Looks like you're having fun, but don't kill your family off using the cheap steel. Enjoy!
