This is an experiment to make a hank drum out of an aluminum cylinder.
Since I´m not at all satisfied with it yet (I will continue cutting/tuning) I thought it could be useful to document it. Most likely it will become spoiled during my experimentation *smile* Nevertheless it IS possible to use alternative metal, but I find it difficult tuning.. It´s necessary to compromise a lot.

Wow!!!!!!!! The aluminum has a much sharper and bright sound. Great rhythm arrangement from :32 to :45. Very nice. Curious to hear the steel and Aluminum tanks played together.
