1/2 lb pasta noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
1 can sloppy joe sauce (or prepare sloppy joe mix from a packet following directions)
2 eggs
1/2 15 oz jar of Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup buttered crumbs

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Cook beef and onion together in a skillet until beef is cooked and onions are clear.

Mix Cheez Whiz, eggs and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese until smooth. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.

Grease a spring form pan or deep casserole dish. Put half of the noodle mix in the bottom, even out.
Add the meat mix over top, spreading gently and evenly.
Add the second half of the pasta mix over top and even out.

Cover with foil wrap and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil and sprinkle crumbs and cheddar cheese over top. Bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes until golden.

Bake until the eggs in the macaroni have cooked and the noodle appear "set"
Let stand 15 minutes.
If you used spring form pan, remove outer ring and serve.
