@MLipowski zone training is far better than full reps, been doing this for 2 years now and it is the best method out there.joe. ps does anybody know were teamhitonline is i can notfind it anywhere.joe.

doing it that way allows yourlsef to feel the burn alot more than doing continous full reps, as u can see at 1.20 good work
