  • The burning sensation, tension and pain is FAR greater than doing full range of motion reps

  • read the description...it's Zone Training. Still covered the entire range of motion

  • @MLipowski zone training is far better than full reps, been doing this for 2 years now and it is the best method out there.joe. ps does anybody know were teamhitonline is i can notfind it anywhere.joe.

  • doing it that way allows yourlsef to feel the burn alot more than doing continous full reps, as u can see at 1.20 good work

  • all that and not one full rep....
