EVER!!! "Malikin cant speak english" In 2006 a record 13 european captains were named to nhl teams, with 2 americans leaving 50% of teams with a canadien born leade. Listen you every other weekend hockey fan, Malkins english isnt where it was 4 years ago before he came, He conducts interviews quite well, any pens fan knows this. He already leads with quiet results like Yzerman had. Also Hossa outscored 87 in the finals genius! PS Lidstrom captained the wings last season... howd that work out?

i am a die hard pens fan but the rangers have some good players. Zherdev is a good young talent no doubt.

ever? not even close. its his job as a captain to talk to the ref, although he does it too much sometimes. malkin should have the C? do you know what the C means. it stands for leadership. Malkin cant speak english. take a look at one thing, during the cup finals last year when Malkin and Hossa dissapeared, Crosby was the only one that played his ass off when the team was down. he deserves the C. im not dissing on Malkin or nothing cause i love him, but he doesnt deserve the C if he cant talk.

Crosby is a good player but he will NEVER get the respect from anyone out of pittsburgh because hes the the worst crybaby the nhl has EVER seen. a conversation with the ref after every faceoff not to mention the constant non deserved second assists that he recieves. truth be told i am a penguins fan despite how i come off. its just that everyone realizes te truth now but noone in pitt will admit it. he wouldnt be captain in Philly or Ny. Malkin should have the C for leading with quiet results.

I admit Crosby is a good player...but the rangers have no good players? lol...Naslund, Drury, Gomez, Zherdev, Dubinsky all great players, and one of the best goalies in the NHL Henrik Lundqvist. If the Rangers have no good players then wut the excuse you're gonna use for the penguins losing to them twice this season?
