Contract from Nathan's to Kobayashi was so unfair. contract was saying he can't eat hot dog any TV show or competition, he can't do any kind of business using his special eating ability ...basically contract says Kobayashi can't do any type of activity about showing his eating ability in US. that why he didn't sign contract this year and he couldn't entry for the conpetition. This is racial discrimination. Kobayashi should have freedom to entry this competition. Nathan's is hypocrite

I have to admit, the contest was so anticlimatic without kobayashi this year. Joey needs the competition. They should have let kobayashi eat. They need him more than he needs them.
