Hey Lucre,
Its a good attempt; are you using FL Studio? Because, if you are... You should use something different' the song started off well then got a little boring and repetitive.
Try adding a breakdown and a more upbeat guitar tune OR perhaps you could try adding some sort of synthesizer to the song. Would make it a LOT better.
Good attempt though ;-)
