From Here To Eternity is one of my favourite films and I've wanted to make a tribute for a very long time! I've finally got 'round to it, and I hope you enjoy the results!
The song is "If We Ever Meet Again" by Timbaland ft. Katy Perry. It's not the type of song I usually like, but I heard it about a week ago and it's been stuck in my head ever since. I found it quite easy to use it with FHTE clips...right up until the end! It's too bouncy and happy! So, I cut a little off the end (badly, I'm afraid) and worked it all in as best I could. I'm not 100% happy with the result, but hopefully it's not *too* bad!

Your mix of the tune and the scenes has perfectly captured the bittersweet longing to meet again that the movie embodies. Bravo.

such a modern song to a classic movie, BIRILLIANT! it really brings you closer to the characters, knowing that no matter the times, feelings and emotions never change, whether it's being described by Homer who wrote the Odyssesy, or Homer Simpson who doesn't write anything. ^^ ♥

My Gosh! I love this video! Cannot stop watching it, the song choice is great for these two in the wonderful movie, and goodness, you have made me fall in love with Burt Lancaster :) Great job, you captured the wonderful chemistry between two beautiful and talented actors :D Happy Valentine's Day, people!
