Hot Pixel Canon EOS 550D/T2i

Hot pixel problem with Canon EOS 550D/T2i.
I just bought new Canon EOS 550D (week ago) and there is little problem with it. As you can see, there is violet dot/hot pixel in left corner of image (at 9) and it's VERY annoying. I guess that i have to go in service or change new camera body.

I had a hot pixel on mine as well, and I fixed it - video on my channel showing how.

You don't have to mail it to cannon to fix it. look it up to do it manually. it's pretty easy

@MohkoX you dont have to get it serviced there is a option to manualy clean it and it will reset the pixel.... they get you to send it in to make the extra profit off you. look up charles trippy's channel he has a tutorial on removing the hot pixel for the cannon.

i went through many t2i's before i got one without this problem. it is a major problem. the worst part is i sent it out to canon and when i got it back there wore about 15 "hot pixels" all over the place. i was lucky the place where i bought it exchanged it for a 5th time. so far it looks ok.
