if those horizontal sticks at the top are pivoting on one end and thus moving in an arc on the other where the strings are connected (if I'm reasoning correctly), shouldn't the horizontal displacement of the strings change and move toward the cams, much in the way a fisherman's line would move toward him if he lifted his hook out of the water? so if that's true and the sticks are raising and lowering at different times, wouldn't it mess up the bird's motion?
