I found the song and then i made up a story to go with it using scenes from three of my favorite movies.

The story is Kinda complicated, it makes sense in my head, so if it doesn't make sense to you, I'm sorry.
OK, here is the story,
The weirdly dressed guy with the crystal balls is Jareth ( I didnt choose any of the names, Im using the names from the films) in the film is the keeper of dreams, he holds all the power, he can do anything he wants with it. the crystal ball holds their dreams inside, but they have to fight for it, only he can go from crystal to reality.
he puts those who are seeking their dreams (the women) through heck to reach their dreams, and he loves to dangle it in front of them and then set impossible tasks for them to get it, he just enjoys watching them suffer.
the women become so entranced by it they can think of anything else, they're contently searching for it in a hypnotized state.
each women in the story begins with the want, and they all do what Jareth asks, and are offered the chance to live out their dreams in the crystal, but then their stories differ.
Gerda - she decides to take the once in a life time opportunity, and she thinks she is happy, but she always has a feeling of something being wrong.
Lily - when she is offered her chance she realizes that the life in the crystal would be a life of confinement and she would never be happy, so Jareth throws it away right in front of her. So every night she dreams of what her life could have been if she had only taken her chance.
Sarah takes the chance and starts to live in her crystal, but she realizes that it was not what she was expecting and she wanted her old life back, but its too late, shes in the crystal.
