I find his way of thinking very difficult to grasp in general, but I do agree here. If you are a nice, honest person, you don't see all those who aren't trustworthy. That makes you vulnerable in some ways, but protected in many others because it just isn't your problem. Ignorance is bliss. But looking to the right means you are using your imagination and not your logic, he always looks to the right :-)

The human heart is the most deceitful of all parts of the human being. And the sharpest instrument is the sharpest object of the body... The tongue. Because I've been exposed to both in a negative way I'll not trust anyone and I am fine with that. Question... Why do people do what they do? Because on some level they derive satisfaction or pleasure of those acts. It's called human nature.

too theorethical; to "trust in yourself" is too ambigous.

I trust God even if I don't see him. How can you trust yourself if we are interconnected with God. So God decides if our plans are beneficent for us or not. Who's beating our hearts and controlling our complex digestive system. Only God can maintain you.

trying 2 add something more, their is something called the inner voice(mind), no matter how the outer mind convinces you with religion, if he/she is not right, sooner or later this voice will let you , this is not true. remember , you are not made for religion, but the religion is made for you. dont just sacrifice your life for a religion, better sacrifice for some noble cause, as their are thousand of noble soul angles (if they exsist to appreciate god, they what was his need to create you''
Wise teachings, thanks.
