Dreamer was heavier and had less singing than Pressure The Hinges (that seems to be the argument here). I like PTH better but that was mostly because of the way the two albums were mixed; Dreamer had some truly killer songs on it.

@homegrove123 Stephen was on Pressure the Hinges too

I love their new singer (I guess, not too up-to-date w/ band member changes) for this Dreamer album, as opposed to Pressure the Hinges. Don't get me wrong, these guys had an awesome sound in that album but dang, the screams were like, really weak. I guess I'm just into more powerful stuff like Demon Hunter. Anyways, I'm loving this new guy (Stephen, I think), he's got such a great singing voice too.

Nah.Alot of the members Left.Jimym left and so did jason.Jimmy was More of a Demonic Scream, and stephen Is more of a gutsy scream.Dreamer is their most successfull album, and more people know who they are.
They haven't sold out. NO band ends up sounding the same as when they started. You're even calling Death sellouts if you go by purely sound. They sound DIFFERENT, but not any more mainstream than they were before. Stephen can sing as well as scream, so they let him. Resulting in a more "melodic" album.
