Sometimes, the solver add-in doesn't work on SCC's computers. If that happens: click on the microsoft icon in the upper left, selec excel options, add-in, manage excel add-ins. Uncheck the solver and say ok. then repeat, adding except re add in the solver. [basically, unistall the solver, and re-install it] It will work after this process.
