  • I don't even know you, but I am so proud of you! You have had an amazing journey so far and guess what... it will only get better! Because of your courage, you're now going to live the very best life that you can live. I don't have a surgery date yet, but I think it will be in the early part of October. My insurance makes me go through a physician supervised diet for 7 months prior to surgery... and my 7th month ends in September. By the way, do you exercise?

  • Thank you very much for the kind words! Congrats and good luck with your own journey, I hope everything goes very smoothly for you =o)

I do exercise, tho not with much regularity as yet. Currently I am working with a physical therapist to regain my mobility and I do use a treadmill and a stationary recumbent bike here at home. I think I will be joining a gym in the next few months as I start feeling better from the PT

Thanks for watching and commenting =o)

  • 200 POUNDS!!!??? WONDERFUL!!!

  • i have read alot that if you over eat, food will get stuck in your throat, likes its backed up, thats why alot of patients eat baby food... something not solid. you have to work out just as much though, it wont melt the fat away. hope everything is well! =)

  • I want to get the lap band surgery. I'm worried that it won't work bc I eat when I'm not hungry now so does it make u feel sick if u eat too much? How does it stop u from eating?

  • thank you for sharing your struggle and victory , congratulations to you.

This video has really helped me today, I am struggling in deciding which surgical intervention will be right for me.
