A new FL Studio - ZGameEditor Visualizer script I am working on that implements a simple procedural Menger Sponge. It generate a 1st to 4th level fractal cube,. that can be manipulated in various ways. the 0 to 3 level meshes are generated at start,. and the last level transform is implemented in real time to allow for animated motion effects on the 20 cube positions. The 20 transformations are stored in an array so they can be reused on the various iterations.
I am also currently researching distance estimated ray-tracing techniques so we can get real-time GPU based fractals into the system eventually,. .
Would it be possible to use the flames of fractal generators such as Apophysis?
Or do the fractals need to be rendered first?
