You can get back on track! Just wondering what your meals consist of everyday. protein / carb / fat . Maybe it would be a good idea to track or film what you eat talk about it. Ask your doctor about Welbutrin. a side effect of that SRI is loss of appetite for some folks.

It is so good seeing you back on YT!

I am now 38 months out and going up and sliding down in weight constantly.

I was just thinking this morning before I pulled out the scale as I want to keep an eye on my weight...how I would do this when I was first losing...and losing...and losing...now it is just to keep me in check as my mind wants stuff...yet thankfully, I cannot eat much...it is just that the little can sabotage me. I have a new Target Superstore just down the street. My first thoughts?

wow! a very LONG time, seems like forever ago that I saw you. i am on the edge of my seat listening. Congrats on being a BRIDE and WIFE! i can see your happiness. I can also see you feel like you have zero control over this situation. I am glad you are back. I suggest you come back weekly and make updates. I would also go back to living by the WLS rules to success on 3/10/11 i will be married for 5 mths. It is such a wonderful thing. My hubby is 8 years post op RNY. you can do this!

Congrats on getting hitched Retta! Gaining weight back is so scary but we definitely have to ready for that possibility. Hopefully things will turn around for you. P.S. I miss Teddy!
