VRAnalyst is a complete tool for empirical modelling, simulation and statistical process control.

Based on advanced multivariate statistical techniques, this software is able to simultaneously correlate all the variables that characterize a production process. Industrial applications are available such as: rubber, cement, cosmetic ando others.

VRAnalyst has several indutrial applications: Product Development Quality Control Virtual Analyzer

Product Development

Based on statistical analysis of process data, VRAnalyst is able to learn the way the process parameters and the products propertues are related. The software can then simulate the production process behaviour and suggest recipts for products with a given specification. The software can considerably reduce the time and the number of testes which are necessary for the devewlopment of new products.

Quality Control

Besides advanced multivariate analysis techniques, VRAnalyst has classical SPC functionalities like control charts generation and capability indexes evaluation. The software goes beyond product variability monitoring, providing a complete set of tools to identify and to eliminate the causes of process variability.

VRAnalyst can provide predictions of the product's end use properties before the product being finished. This information allows corrective actions to be taken aiming to avoid the generation of products outside the specification range. The software also allows final adjustments to be calculated more precisely, saving raw materials and reducing the product's variability.

Virtual Analyzer

VRAnalyst can be used as a online virtual analyzer. This means that properties which can not be measured while the product is being produced can be predicted by the software. For example, in a petrochemical industry, the polymer melt index can be predicted as a function of the reaction conditions.
