Tip # 4 - Make sure you have a great team in place

A very important thing is to make sure you have key individuals that are well equipped to work in a fast paced, efficient and effective manner.... You only have 24-48 hours, so you want to make sure your workers are skilled in drywall repair, door frame repair, tiling, etc.... Also you're going to want specific people cleaning, especially if you have multiple places turning over at once.

A great idea would also to have certain people doing certain tasks... two people on cleaning, with one guy fixing all drywall with another guy doing minimal damage fix up.

If you have multiple places you're turning over in one day, you'll want a team per unit.
