  • @btownshreds1 Better question is why don't vegetarians live longer than omnivores - ? Do some research on carnosine.

  • @amusicaldream They do not eat "lots of pork". Pork is eaten on holidays and special occasions. You are right that a omnivorous diet is the best way to a healthy lifestyle. The other 2 longest living groups of humans are the Sardinians and the 7th Day Adventist. The latter of te two are vegetarian. Go figure ...

  • @ave383 A healthy state is a leveled acidic-alkaline state LOL. We're naturally slightly more acidic.

  • @Dreamer00JK Dr Ariole established that the body has no use for acidity. An acid state is a weak sick state. So laugh on. All meat protein feeds cancer.Alkaline diet is the only diet conducive for humans since it is the original diet.As far as protein go since you live in that illusion Black rice,Hemp,Temp have more amino acids than meat just to name a few. In fact black rice has 18 amino acids including the 8 essentials you claim you can only get from meat.Enjoy your fallacies.

  • @ave383 "Your body doesn't use proteins." LOL

  • I ate vegan paleo for a while, it was good. Did great for my health

  • The longest living people on Earth are the Okinawans on a traditional diet and they eat lots of pork and seafood as their main source of protein. They are living proof that an omnivorous diet is the best way to live a healthy life.

  • Although I eat meat I know it promotes cancer growth for a fact. My grandma had cancer and she cured it,the natural path way and the first 2 things is to not eat meat or artificial sugar.I lived with her in a house with no meat as a teenager.Imagine how mad i was all this damn fruit and vegetables. But shorty she went back to the dr and the cancer was gone,so there is a correlation. I owe no allegiance to food to be a die hard meat eater or the other way around if it's not in my favor then

  • Your body doesn't use proteins. Why make a big deal out of it?Humans today are bigger then the are naturally supposed to be.Especially bodybuilders which I am one.People are obsessed with size. Your body doesn't want what you call enzymes, amino acids or protein.Your body wants mineral. It want the 102 that the body is made of.Everything else is secondary.look up Dr Sebi

  • Gary taubes has his blood work posted in his site. He's 53 and looks like he's 45. Also I've researched Dr ornish. Of course his diet healthy. But its also unhealthy lacking fat. Sorry dude or mam but legumes aren't a natural source of nutrients.
