@Hailthorn ty for your reply. they are trying to charge me with failure to give a specimen of breath!!. i had only had 2cans of beer over a period of 6 hours. i don't agree in drink driving also. but i was beaten once again by 4 police in the cells & took photos of the injury's to my face,wrists,back, & still have no feeling in my right thumb :(.the charge carries a 18 / 24 month driving ban & i blew into there machine slowly & continuously like they asked. what else can i do. :(.

@drunkanmaster A lot of people ask this question. The fact is if there is no injured party, no crime was committed. Yet I would like to state very clearly, that drinking and getting behind the wheel is still very dangerous to public safety.
So no, you didn't commit a crime, but if your actions were considered "dangerous", then you may have breached the peace through your actions.

1 question.if i was caught drink driving whilst traveling for a none payment in return and i caused no injury harm or loss to any third party. have i committed an offense or crime under common law?. please reply as your information would be most helpful. ^_^.

Just a note on consideration.There can not be any lawful consideration in a contract, in terms of money, as there is no lawful money only legal tender.Anyone researching this might want to look at trust law and the law of equity.
