A buisness park in Noida, India
Business parks all over the world tend to use the same formulas of air-conditioned spaces, surrounded by decorative gardens. Often whole days are spent totally indoors. This plan is inspired by the richness of the street life of the old Indian towns. The indoor and outdoor spaces merge naturally, accommodating all different kinds of public activities. Rather than using high-tech sustainable interventions our proposal uses shadow, natural cross ventilation, water-cooling and storage and recycled materials for the roof.
