Playstation - Metal Gear Solid - VR Training

A video of Metal Gear Solid's VR training stages by Konami on Sony's Playstation, one of the best games of the console. The original Playstation game contains only 10 sneaking mission but later a special third disc was released titled "Metal Gear Solid Special Missions" or "VR Missions" or "VR disc" depending on the region. The disc contains over 300 various missions.

NOTE: Due to Youtube's bad compression it's recommended that you watch the video with the "Watch in high quality" function on.
This video was taken using an emulator because my Dreamcast is hooked up to the computer and I didn't want to bother with all the cable switching and whatnot but because of it the picture isn't that "smooth" so I apologize for that.

how get good quality did u use proper ps1 or emulator

I used an emulator since I didn't and don't have the proper recording equipment to catch video straight from the console.

I just set the graphics preset on Fancy (or whatever its called) and set a higher resolution
