Eurosilicone(French) and Silimed (Brazilian) implants are the ones used. Yes it is safe, if performed by experienced surgeons and with necessary care to details and one has realistic expectations.

fat is always safer to use if u do not have fat they have saline that they can shoot into u but its not always recommended to use not even implants it makes ur ass hard like a waddling duck and could sag bad! a girl suffered fromt hat and 2 other girls died from it and it can be put anywhere usually from the line of ur crack

It looks like one but the consistency and the capsule are much thicker than the breast implants

what was the thing/organ u took out before inserting the implants? & is the anus the only way u can insert them? & whats cheaper/healthier implants or fat transfers?

@ladypharroh ..Thats a pack we keep in the cavity . The inter gluteal approach is the one with the least scarring as shown here. Cost wise the implants will work out a lil costlier in the first time but they stay longer and no loss of projection. Please mail me for any further details or visit my website... thank you
