No more than straight and level flight. Except the recovery, which still is much lower than the plane is certified for.

Bobcat: Not correct. The column should be held back to maintain the spin. It's always the wrong people who make the cocky comments.

Poor technique on at least a couple of the spins; the camera clearly shows control column deflection, the yoke is supposed to be neutral throughout the spin especially the recovery.

The POH of the Cessna recommends only 3 rotations with a spin I counted 5 with the last one. I'm just glad that I'm not flying that aircraft after you done with it. The movie clip was called spin awareness don't see any real information on it. And also like Pattyboy 10 said you are destroying your instruments. Also some of your spin entries looked very wrong.

This was made by a couple of instructors at the school I attended. We had two planes that were only used for spin training ONLY.

Dude lock your gyro's, you are fucking them up this way ! You cant do navagation flights with that plane anymore !

These planes were ONLY used for spins. I don't think they cared about fucking up the gyros.
