those guys are so lucky, i think that every kiteboarder has a dream of flying that is y they all want so much air time. i want to try kiteboarding, but no good places to try it out where i am

I think the average age of kiteboarders is around 30 years, and yeah, there are a LOT older kiteboarders, even 60 year old ex-windsurfers

It will cost you around 1000-1500 euros to start, including lessons. Dont buy new kiteboarding stuff, WAY to expensive, look for some secondhand gear and good luck!

This looks like alot of fun... Ive always lived by the ocean and bay side and have years of experience water skiing and in my younger years would have loved this sport. but I wonder as being a little older now if this sport could be a bit dangerous. Do you know any older guys that are into this?  What does the cost start at in this sport?

This sport is not as dangerous as people think. It is very controlled... With a bit of practice anyone can tame the kite so that its like part of you. And thats where the fun starts.. Yes if ur reckless then ur in a bit of trouble, but thats the same with absolutely everything on this planet

This sport is very dangerous to any occasion strong winds and storms occur, the type to fly at high altitudes, and avoid serious injury when falling, I saw a press release
