[HD, 16:9] UPDATED WWTBAM New PPTx Software Demonstration (1/2)

An update to my WWTBAM software. It is a hybrid mix between some of the versions, with the graphics from the US version, money tree from the UK version (in $'s though, not pounds), the lifelines from the Polish version (50-50, Ask the Audience and Ask the Expert) + Switch the question (from Australian version) and the music from the original WWTBAM (because my I don't have the full collection of rave-remix music and I don't really like the clock)

In terms of presentation, video quality is HD and the sound is added separately and synced with the video, not recorded by a microphone, meaning clear, unspoiled sound. NB: There may be times in this video which is slightly out of sync (no more than 0.5 sec), but these issues are usually quickly resolved in the video.

In terms of the actual software, it is still created in Powerpoint 2007 because I don't know how to program using anything else (so if you could help, it would be very greatly appreciated and I would definitely offer a reward). Soon, I will try with the advanced capabilities of Powerpoint 2010.

@fissilesprings: I honestly can't remember - it's been so long and I don't have the original project files anymore. But check each animation in the menu, I think it will be on the more "complex" section, it will be one of them.

This looks awesome! I've tried making my own PowerPoint based on the classic format, but mine doesn't look nearly as amazing as yours does. I have some technical questions for you, so I can learn from you to improve mine:

1. What file format are your sounds in?

2. When you use a lifeline, the fact that it's been used carries over to the next slide. How do you manage that?

3. How difficult (or tedious) is editing questions and animation effects? I know doing that with mine was very tedious...

Hi!

1) My sounds are in the .wav format - takes up lots of space, but loads almost immediately in Powerpoint, whereas .mp3 requires extra components to play in a slide show, lagging the whole presentation.

2) Each lifeline fades to grey if I click on it, so at the start of each slide, I do that. For the purpose of the video, I edit it out.

3) The editing of the questions is ok, maybe 60sec per question to change it. Animations were very tedious to make!!!
