Coach USA charter service = environmental menace

Coach USA transports people to Atlanic City daily. Buses idle an hour or more before departing to casinos. This bus arrived at 7:45 am and departed 9 sharp. Since YouTube has its limits on uploads, this footage is 9 minutes long, midway through the boarding. It only takes several hours of total idle time before cars and buildings nearby are coated with oily film and soot. Coach USA is clearly in violation of Federal Environmental Laws. The maximum idle time permitted is 3 minutes. Coach USA, YOU BROKE THE LAW and have been for the past 20 years. The DEP and EPA have evaded this issue.
