REWARD $1000 for the capture of these punks!

On March 24 at 11:05 PM 2011 my scooter was stolen from the corner of Columbia Heights and Clark St. This is the security cam video from a building across the street from the incident. My scooter was parked between two smaller scooters that were parked just in front of a parked car. A Town and Country type car pulls up and a punk can be seen exiting from the passenger side.
He scopes out the bike and the corner then gives the all clear to the car driver who then proceeds to pull up alongside the scooter when it is taken. I will give a REWARD of $1000 to the person that provides the info to the N.Y.P.D that leads to the arrest of these clowns. The Black car in the video that pulls up may be part of a team with the Town and Country type car. If these pricks are arrested and you have proof from the N.Y.P.D. that it was your information you will get the REWARD of $1000. The video is blurred but it is all that I have . The Scooter was a White Suzuki 650 Burgman 2009 model
The clock was not changed to daylight savings time. The windshield is not stock. A photo is shown at the start of the video.
It is a one time only REWARD of $1000 if it is a group of friends or family members that turn in the info you will have to share the REWARD.
