that long ass combo move is the best move in the whole game...my brother always use that move againt me in this game. i hate him so much.

Its unblockable if you do it point-blank range (it becomes a grab) but blocking it most of the time should be no problem, not to mention it is unsafe on block.

Is this the playstation version or was the neo geo 64 emulated? Also, I thought Tsugumi was a grappling character, does she have command throws or was I mistaken?

Playstation version; yes Tsugumi is a grappling character. I tried her Tsuutenkaku Driver and Hunting Blitz during this match, but they were either avoided/whiffed. The CPU can read your inputs, so it can be hard to land command throws sometimes...
