I lost 60 pounds in around 3-4 months, if you really want to lose the weight you are going to have to study a bit, dont measure foods because that leads to failure (you end up getting really bored of doing it) instead just focus on low carbs, and slightly increase protien. also deli meat has to go, take out has to go, canned foods have to go, I also suggest 6 meals a day just smaller. you should eat around every two hours, PB&J is my favourite snack because its cheap. @daryn15 pb&j is a good choice? haha... i mean the wheat bread isn't too bad (if that's what you're using) but i can't imagine the peanut butter and jelly being at all good for you and what kind of exercise were you doing to get the weight off so quickly?
