  • awesome, great revision! i think 'hind dunes' are sometimes called yellow dunes though

  • @noyoumaynoteatmyhair I'm so glad the video is of you to you in your studies, and you're right that some hind dunes can be called yellow dunes, but some may also be called 'grey dunes'. The colour is affected by time without new sand deposition and vegetation has a role too.

  • If you like, have a look at the Wadden Islands north of the Netherlands; artificial for the most part, 'grass' fences are used to trigger sand deposition
