  • this was a great informational video. However it's semi-hard to hear the narrator over the banjo music..

  • Short sweet and to the point! Nice video

  • @stingray8213 Never mind 214pamela. She cannot appreciate history because she, in her whole life, never had one. She is nasty because she is obviously stupid and ignorant. And I cannot find the word "dumn" in all dictionaries. It says a lot.

  • Awesome information in this video. After only one day near Sutter's Mill we made a video and posted it online - has some cool music and a few tidbits that compliment your piece. We loved Coloma and the Olde Coloma Theatre is a blast - we saw "Roman Romanni's Remarkable Retrospective", a melodrama complete with a damsel in distress, hero and 2 twin villains attached at the hip! Recommend the theatre to anyone who stops by Marshall Gold Discovery Park.

  • hey 214pamela..how do you figure iam dumb fool..i live 4 miles from coloma ca in placerville i have been to james marshalls cabin many times better study your history my town was founded in 1853..and i have dredged whithen feet of the old mills original location...and i have lived here for over45 years..i could take you for a tour of coloma ca .and you might learn somthing ..i have forgot more than youll ever know..

  • @stingray8213 haha u are dumn

  • Great video. My ancestors came to California for the Gold Rush. They fell ill and a few died but the ones who lived brought on a family tradition of gold mining. To this day, most of my family still love gold mining as a hobby.

  • who was the author of this video?

  • good job
